Los saberes tecno productivos tradicionales en la comunidad Castillo Jagua-Perché

Abstract

La presente investigación de naturaleza descriptiva presenta un enfoque cualitativo, para abordar la problemática de la necesidad de salvaguardar los conocimientos tradicionales como patrimonio cultural inmaterial, los cuales requieren de investigaciones científicas desde el punto de vista sociológico, cultural, económico, político, y desde otras aristas, más aún en la actualidad donde estamos en un mundo globalizado y es latente el riesgo de que se vayan perdiendo todas las tradiciones que durante generaciones se han transmitido. Cuyo objetivo es identificar y analizar los conocimientos tradicionales relacionados a la pesca en la zona Castillo Jagua – Perché, mediante. Para ello se empleó el método teórico universal para dar respuesta a las interrogantes ¿Cómo se produce el proceso de transmisión de los saberes tecnoproductivos tradicionales de pesca en la comunidad marinera Castillo Jagua-Perché? Y ¿Que se realiza con los diferentes conocimientos tradicionales?, contrastando la protección jurídica al patrimonio inmaterial; en el proyecto de ley del patrimonio, la Convención para la salvaguardia del patrimonio cultural y el proyecto de ley de derecho de autor y reflejar como estaban desprotegidos con las leyes anteriores.

ABSTRACT

This research of a descriptive nature presents a qualitative approach to address the problem of the need to safeguard traditional knowledge as intangible cultural heritage, which require scientific research from the sociological, cultural, economic, political point of view, and from other perspectives. edges, even more so today where we are in a globalized world and there is a latent risk that all the traditions that have been transmitted for generations will be lost. Whose objective is to identify and analyze traditional knowledge related to fishing in the Castillo Jagua - Perché area, through. For this, the universal theoretical method was used to answer the questions: ¿How does the transmission process of traditional fishing techno-productive knowledge occur in the Castillo Jagua-Perché fishing community? And what is done with the different traditional knowledge? Contrasting the legal protection of intangible heritage; in the Heritage Bill, the Convention for the Safeguarding of Cultural Heritage and the Copyright Bill and reflect how they were unprotected under previous laws.
